I’ve Spent Much of Mine Following Paths That Didn’t Quite Exist Yet.
Studying fashion when it wasn’t the obvious choice. Moving overseas at 21 and building a life in London. Creating businesses before I knew exactly what they would become. Living across nine cities. Following ideas, curiosities and desires that didn’t always make sense to anyone else.
And, every year, returning to the desert.
Burning Man has become a pilgrimage home to myself. A place where the familiar falls away, possibility expands and I remember just how much of our reality is ours to choose and create.
Looking Back, I Can See the Thread Clearly.
I rarely knew where the path would lead. But somewhere beneath the fear and the unknowns, there was always a deeper knowing.
I didn’t need to see the whole path. I knew the next step.
I haven’t always listened. At 30, burnout became the painful consequence of ignoring what I already knew — and ultimately, the experience that steered me back towards my own path.
It forced me to ask:
Was I creating the life I truly wanted — or simply becoming very good at living the life I thought I should?
For more than six years, I’ve devoted myself to the study and daily practice of intuition, alongside neuroscience, leadership, embodiment and tantra.
I’ve developed my own intuitive methodologies and used them to navigate some of the most defining decisions, endings and reinventions of my life.
My work is also shaped by more than two decades alongside business owners, executives and visionary leaders across fashion, events, marketing, partnerships, branding and speaking. I’ve hosted hundreds of events, built an international TEDx speaker coaching business, helped leaders bring important ideas into the world, created award-winning fashion, collaborated on a book and stepped onto the TEDx stage myself.
But perhaps the greatest thing I’ve ever created is my own life.
Not a perfect life.
A life that feels like mine....
I call this living a
Life by Design
Learning to hear your own knowing beneath the noise.
Trusting yourself enough to choose what is true for you.
And consciously creating your life from that place.
I believe we are intuitive creators.
And my work is to help women remember the power they have to choose, create and live a life that feels deeply, unmistakably their own.
