What if the life you deeply desire is already trying to guide you?
For years, I thought the answer was to think harder, work harder and make the “right” decisions.
Until I realised how many of the decisions I regretted most, had one thing in common.
I already knew.
I just didn’t trust myself enough to listen.
A Note From Me
This talk is deeply personal.
It brings together my experience of burnout, the decisions that changed the direction of my life, the unexpected lessons I found at Burning Man, and a question I have become fascinated by:
What becomes possible when we learn to trust ourselves again?
I created this talk for the person who is overthinking the decision.
The person who can feel that something needs to change.
The person who has a dream, an idea or a quiet inner knowing they keep talking themselves out of.
My greatest hope is that the right person finds this talk at the right moment — and it helps them hear themselves a little more clearly.

Help This Idea Reach the Person Who Needs It
My vision for this talk has never simply been to stand on a TEDx stage.
It’s for the idea to travel.
If something in this talk resonates with you, I would be so grateful if you took a moment to like the video, leave a comment and share it with someone who came to mind while you were watching.
Every watch, comment and share helps more people discover the talk.
And perhaps, together, we can help someone trust the voice inside them before they spend another year — or another decade — ignoring it.
Watch. Like. Comment. Share.
Thank you for helping this idea travel.
My TEDx Journey

This Talk Didn't Begin on a Red Circle
It was shaped through burnout, big decisions, beautiful mistakes, Burning Man dust, intuition, playing with fabric, exploring my creativity and years of learning what happens when I listen to myself — and what happens when I don’t.
From designing the kimono I would wear on stage to the quiet moments before stepping onto the red dot, this was so much more than preparing a talk.
It was an experience of living the very idea I had come to share.
Trust Yourself.
Design a Life You Love.
My TEDx Talk is one chapter of a much bigger body of work.
I believe we create our most fulfilling lives when we slow down enough to hear ourselves, trust what we know and powerfully choose what comes next.
Not the life we were told to want.
The life that feels deeply, unmistakably ours.
